I've had the great opportunity to cater for some amazing artists over the past several years. During a typical event we prepare breakfast, lunch & dinner as well as stock the busses, dressing rooms and provide the after show meal. There is a lot of planning involved. Meal times are critical and we must be flexible to the changes that happen on the fly. The experience I have received from catering for these bands has provided me with the necessary tools in creating that ultimate catering experience for my customers. In addition to the concert jobs, I have also catered for other events as:
At its most basic level, catering is all about food. No matter how beautifully the venue is decorated or how carefully the place settings are arranged, clients won't return if the food isn't great. I have the experience to make recipe substitutions, plan menus, and safely prepare, and transport large amounts of food. I am happy to work with my client to design the menu as recipes may need to be adjusted to cope with food allergies, and cooking methods may have to be altered to conform to dietary requirements or personal preferences. Word-of-mouth still remains some of the most effective advertising out there and a satisfied customer is my best recommendation. In addition to the menu selection, budgetary restraints often occur. I am happy to work with the client in developing creative ways to reduce the costs without taking away from the experience. I have several clients that could share with you their catering experiences and the service that I provided. And I always recommend asking for a sample before making any final decisions with any catering company. Give me a call and I will be happy to discuss your next event with you.
